Salon Policies

Refunds
We do not offer refunds of any kind, no exceptions. If you are not completely satisfied with your hair please reach out to the salon to discuss a redo appointment.

Cancelations
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and we respectfully require 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes to the service schedules. Cancelations with less then 24 hours notice are subject to 50% the cost of the service scheduled.

No Call/ No Shows
If you do not show up on the schedules date and time of your appointment, you will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled. No refunds will be given and no exceptions made.

Tardiness
We have a 15 minutes lateness policy. If you are running late, please call us to let us know. Should you be more than 15 minutes late you may have to forfeit your appointment and you will be charged 100% the cost of services scheduled.

Credit Card Required
A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule an appointment. We require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. In the case that the 24 hours notice is not given for a cancelation or rescheduling, HK Hair Studio reserves the right to charge the credit card on file.

Confirmation Text
24 hours prior to your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email that you will have to respond too, and confirm the appointment.
